Amazon Pay marketing team gave the mandate to bring in critical talent at L5 and L4 levels to execute their strategic goals, but with a cautious hiring plan. The following timeline explains how WinnerBrands supported the hiring managers with culturally fitting and performing talent within 1/3rd of the hiring time. All active talent is managed on WinnerBrands payroll, including onboarding/exit process and performance management while collaborating with the hiring managers.
