Acquiring BluSmart (if it happens) will be a good move by Uber.
But more than that, it will be a saving grace for BluSmart 🤦♂️
Given Gensol Engineering’s liquidity issues, downgraded credit rating, questionable corporate governance practices and allegations of falsified documents~ it desperately needs a way out of the mess before more of its financial misadventures unravel 👎
Uber deal will be good distraction 😅
Because going by the reports, it is evident that to grow fast and take on the duopoly of Uber+Ola~ it’s actually the retail investors of Gensol Engineering that BluSmart was really taking for a ride 🚙
