A common trait I have observed in people who are passionate about what they do is that they have role models in their field of work whom they really look up to👌
They not only admire their role models~ they passionately follow their work and proactively seek opportunities to reach out and learn from them.
Looking up to someone in your domain is a proof that you are still hungry to learn and grow💪
If you tell me that there’s no one in your domain that inspires you, there’s no one you admire professionally and no one you want to learn from~ it’s mostly because of two reasons:
Either you are no longer passionate about what you do or you are too full of yourself 😅
