Referral bonus is eligible only if your recommended candidate is selected by our client for a given project or for fulltime roles through WinnerBrands association.

The referral bonus for Fulltime roles will be remitted post 3 months of the candidate joining the organisation.
The referral bonus for Contract/Project-based roles will be remitted post 1-month tenure completion with the selected client.
Update on status for your referred candidates shall be provided, only if they get shortlisted for the client interview process.
If you have multiple referrals across all open position, you will have to make a separate submission for each candidate on the link.
